· Providing L1–L3 application support for SAP FI/CO

· Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests in a timely manner

· Focusing primarily on Controlling (CO), with additional support in General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting processes

· Supporting knowledge transfer and addressing gaps following the S/4HANA transformation

· Collaborating with cross-border teams across Europe

· Working within ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

· Ensuring system stability while driving continuous improvement

· Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, including Controlling (CO), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Accounting (FI)

· Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

· Experience in L1–L3 support, including incident and change management processes

· Practical experience working with ServiceNow

· Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM

· Proficiency in Excel

· Strong business communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in distributed, international teams

· Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

· Basic knowledge of APIs

· Basic experience with CDS Views

· Experience with REFX module
