Job description

The solution, Customer Engagement Management (CEM), is a community solution that strengthens customer relationships, service, sales, and consulting in all financial institutions and the aim is to give the customers a good experience from start to finish in the dialogue with the banks’ advisers. CEM has the overall responsibility for establishing and running a development organization that develops and manages the CEM solutions based on the Salesforce platform. You will be acting as 2nd-3rd level support and interact directly with customers’ own 1st level supporters to ensure a smooth transition to the development teams. 


Your responsibilities

  • Acting as an instant and accessible point of contact for all incoming salesforce issues from the client’s side. We expect that you will be able to solve all cases regarding configuration and standard Salesforce Admin work directly with the clients (technical and non-technical representatives of the banks)
  • Providing the appropriate support and guidance regarding salesforce across the teams in CEM area
  • Cooperating with Salesforce Developers and handing over to the development team tasks of high complexity
  • Documenting all activity around customer support 

Our requirements

  • Educational background within IT or mathematics 
  • 1 year of experience from a similar position working with Salesforce. 
  • Experience with acting as a 2nd-3rd line of support in Salesforce
  • Good understanding of the importance of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud area
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and show a client-oriented attitude
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and high standards
