Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist

VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Lead Generation and Sales Support Specialist in NATEK is identifying and contacting prospects in local and international territory in order to propose our services.

Main responsibilities are research, networking, cold calling, and social media activities to generate the lead. This role requires persuasive approach and usage of relevant sales tactics to win customers. A typical candidate is a hardworking and persistent professional, capable to build successful business partnership and long- term market knowledge. Sales Support cooperates on a daily basis with Business Development Managers in all NATEK group and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing. In addition to that, he/she is a partner for the Delivery and Recruitment departments.

DUTIES

- Market research and analysis with the aim to identify customers, customer needs, competitive service features, and pricing
- Based on market mapping contribution to NATEK Sales strategy
- Preparation of proper tactic on how to approach the customer
- Regular contact with all prospects in CRM and fulfillment of proper reports
- Preparation of client offers and presentations
- Organization and participation in meetings with customers
- Presentation to NATEK Management: Last period result analysis, Next quarter objectives, Outstanding issues, and recommendation

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years’ experience in sales, market research and lead generation in IT industry
- Strong understanding and interest in the IT market, new trends, and technologies
- Strong experience in cold calling / call center
- Analytical skills in spotting potential niche for business development
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High creativity and goal-orientation
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
