Job description
Join Natek as an RPA Developer and become part of an international automation team driving digital transformation across global business units. You will contribute to a large-scale initiative that combines RPA and Artificial Intelligence, automating the processing of millions of customer emails annually. Working with Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and REST API integrations, you will help design scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency while ensuring reliability and security.
The solution combines AI-based intent recognition with deterministic RPA bots that execute actions in internal business systems, creating secure, scalable, and business critical automations.

Your responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build and support integrations with internal and external systems through REST APIs.
• Develop automations across SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Experts, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow architecture standards, development guidelines, and automation best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production automations.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and contribute to DevOps practices within the automation team.
• Work closely with international teams and stakeholders in an English-speaking environment.
• Primarily focus on developing new automation capabilities as part of an evolving AI-driven automation program.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in process automation or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience working with REST APIs, including consuming and integrating enterprise services.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level automation solutions.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and development best practices.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and reliable automation solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience with AI-driven automation projects and integrating AI services with RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other automation technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience working on international projects involving multiple business units.
• Knowledge of process analysis and optimization methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern delivery practices.
