Our recruitment team is searching for package of positive energy, problem solver, fast learner and team player who will be smoothing over any speed bumps in the hiring process of international candidates for a corporate center.

Your responsibilities

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have a chance to:

• Support end to end hiring process (e.g. communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, video interviewing etc.).
• Have a deep look into HR and international recruitment.
• Learn a lot about dynamics of corporate firm as well as dynamics of small team with start-up atmosphere.
• Work closely with our local recruiter in Katowice but at the same time be part of international team of experienced recruiters.

Our requirements

• Perfect communication skills.
• Written and spoken English at least on B2 level.
• A lot of positive energy and team spirit to bring to the team.
• And last but not least --> ready to stay up to date and learn new things daily.
