• Experience with end-to-end testing across complex enterprise environments.

• Understanding of business validation methodologies.

• Knowledge of traceability and observability concepts.

• Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

• Ability to make framework design decisions and evaluate trade-offs.

• Experience building maintainable, scalable, and reusable automation solutions.

• Experience with test data management.

• Experience implementing reporting and observability for automated testing.
