Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job description

For NATEK Poland we are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager, who will be dedicated to project in the Banking Industry.


The project had been designed and implemented by Wroclaw’s team from scratch and became the strategic infrastructure.


Your responsibilities

  • Creating and handling the tasks required to complete the book of work 
  • Working with Product Owner to handle backlog and new requests
  • Supporting the Product Owner and providing education where needed
  • Leading and facilitating different scrum meetings – includes coaching team to deliver efficient and strategic solutions using collaboration across all teams
  • Measuring and monitoring progress using agile methodologies
  • Coordinating across multiple teams and team members to unblock challenges and progress each delivery item
  • Maintaining backlog, producing timelines, projects governance, regular status reporting and tracking
  • Planning and organizing the workload against deadlines and maintaining a clear head when faced with multiple conflicting priorities
  • Adapting to changing requirements and ensuring requirements are kept updated and handle each stage of the project lifecycle

Our requirements

  • Evidence of managing varying sized software development IT projects or programmes, including a successful track record on complex international projects
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is essential for your success
  • Prior experience as PM/Scrum Master while successfully delivering software development projects
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Strong teammate along with being independently driven and motivated
  • Results-oriented individual who is delivery focused and deadline driven
  • Ability to network and influence, strong collaboration skills      


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 3 or more years proven track record of operating as an effective scrum master in a fast-paced agile environment, including managing scope, timeline, sprint planning/stand ups, backlog grooming and sprint retrospectives
  • Experience in effective capacity planning of a team with various skill sets and mapping them to the product requirements
  • Proven track record of working with Product Owners to deliver high quality results
  • Demonstrable background and track record of working in agile delivery methods. Transparency on velocity, burndown and planning in the sprints
  • Proficiency in Excel, entire MS Office suite and work tracking tools, such as JIRA, Odyssey, Confluence etc.
  • Result-oriented individual who is delivery focused and deadline driven, with the ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
