At NATEK Poland we are looking for a Project Manager who would like to join a challenging project in the banking industry.

As a member of the Advisory Technology department, you will be able to work in an international environment, reporting to the manager in Poland, working according to the priorities received from the Program Manager from Zurich and cooperating with teams from different locations, mainly Wroclaw and Zurich.

Challenges the candidate will face in this role:

• A challenging role as a Senior Project Manager in a demanding business
• Projects in areas that are critical for the Bank (e.g. risk management, advisory suitability checks, Lombard loans, security reference and market data)
• Interaction with different senior business and IT stakeholders

Your responsibilities

• Managing, planning, organizing, implementing and delivery of international IT projects
• Responsible for scope confirmation, definition of implementation approach and scope management 
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of all necessary software deliverables 
• Management of project risks, dependencies, stakeholder and business clients 
• Progress tracking of tasks and milestones within the projects and dependencies external to the projects
• Participation in project review boards and project lifecycle quality reviews
• Leading project teams of onsite and offshore (Poland) developers, requirement engineers and testers 

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management
• Detailed understanding of software delivery project lifecycles (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven track record of managing large IT projects – budget, scope, quality and risks with globally distributed teams
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
