Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Change Management Coordinator to support our project delivery organization. A key focus of the role is coordinating Change Management activities within ongoing projects: reviewing Change Requests, ensuring process compliance, tracking approvals, and supporting stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of change management.

Your responsibilities
• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Lead and coordinate Change Management processes within assigned projects.
• Review incoming Change Requests (CRs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Track CR status, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely approvals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, trackers, and project reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Finance, Operations, Technical teams).
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking.
• Create and distribute status updates using MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and project workflows.
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and governance.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong background working in an office environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent English proficiency (C-level preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
It would be preferred if you have:
• Previous experience with project Change Management processes.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams.
