VACANCY DESCRIPTIONOur partner is a world leader in digital security and the top provider of complex digital and smart card solutions for all major mobile operators, bank houses and public services.
DUTIES- Administrate on a daily basis the service provided to the customer (be the technical expert on how to operate our client's service), responsible for maintenance, changes administration- Administrate technically the services on behalf of customers assuring the availability and performance according to the defined contract (SLA)- Assure the traffic growth and the service stability working on an improvement loop to stabilize- Participate on the traffic boosting activities in order to ensure a good success rate and availability- Continuous technical improvement of the services- Follow up performance indicators and prevent potential problems from happening- Reporting to customer and to internal managers- Participate on services handover between Project team and Production team- Responsibility for the Other-the-Air Campaign, operation, follow-up, tuning and planning- Partially be involved in integration of services.
REQUIREMENTS- Expert knowledge of Linux / Unix (including concepts, administration, Shell script, awk) - Basic Network administration - Basic Oracle administration - Very good analytical mind and problem solving skills - Customer and service orientation - Advanced English
