Product Ownership:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and healthcare objectives

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, data teams, and engineering

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Data & Migration Expertise:

• Lead and support data migration projects (legacy to modern platforms) ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to design scalable data solutions

• Understand and translate complex data requirements into product features

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with business stakeholders, including healthcare domain experts, to gather and refine requirements

• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, compliance)

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos

Agile Delivery:

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

• Continuously prioritize backlog based on business value and technical dependencies

• Track and report on product progress, risks, and dependencies

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure data solutions meet healthcare industry standards, including security and compliance requirements

• Support data validation, testing, and governance processes

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-focused projects

• Strong experience in data migration initiatives (e.g., legacy system modernisation, cloud migration)

• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data pipelines

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex datasets

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable

• Strong collaboration and leadership skills

• Hands-on or working experience with Databricks

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Background in healthcare or life sciences domain

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance
