We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the transversal team. We want someone who is motivated by emerging technologies and has a passion to drive digital transformation. A real desire to work in a collaborative and complex environment is essential. You will be joining team at an exciting time with an ambitious roadmap while pushing for productization of existing Robotics Solutions.
#LI-AB1 Your responsibilities
• Identify opportunities: identify, analyze and assess business requirements
• Formalize requirements: discuss and suggest solutions with the segments aligning with company’s business needs
• Lead design and development: work closely with the development team to define priorities and product
• Follow up customer satisfaction: monitor product acceptance, performance and satisfaction
• Promote the product: provide key information on the product to define the value proposition
• Product owner activities: define product vision and the business value in line
Our requirements
• University degree (IT or Business Administration)
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager position
• Deep and proven expertise in touchless or the other framework (e.g. BPMN)
• Innovative and open mindset with the ability to define and execute a relevant stategy
• Working experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Pro-active and autonomous with the capability of coping with peaks project-related of workloads
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
• Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization
• Strong listening and highly proficient in spoken and written English
Desired skills and qualifications:
• Travel industry experience
• Certified Product Owner is a plus
