Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company and manage End to End Source to Contract projects, including preparing and running sourcing events and negotiations/renegotiations of contract clauses.

Your responsibilities
• Collaborate with Procurement category /in-market teams in sourcing and contracting strategies implementation delivering category targets and savings targets
• Apply Procurement Processes and Tools in a daily work and actively participate in the Source to Contract process simplification, improvement and optimization (process steps, internal ways of working, legal support model, documents and templates etc.)
• Independently drive the S2C process, understand the category/SET area specifics, business needs and priorities
• Advise stakeholders about Sourcing events and Contracts types
• Drive End to End S2C process independently
• Support market research activities by issuing RFI, manage sourcing projects (incl. issue of RFP, RFQ) and conduct e-auctions
• Analyse received proposals, making recommendations for supplier selection, prepare summary reports. Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information. Display data and provide recommendations
• Drive Contracting process, including advising on the right template or contracting approach, ensuring contract renewals and leading new contracts creation, negotiations/renegotiations of the T&Cs, contracts administration, gathering signatures and contract storage in the system
• Enhance relations with Global Category Leaders and business stakeholders ensuring high standards and ability to connect and build strong relationship with stakeholders across the globe (matrix organization)
• Ensure compliance to company procurement policies and improve the usage of the procurement tools.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• At least 2 years of work experience in global procurement departments
• Experience with End to End Source to Contract process, with a focus on contracting
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Very good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Strong relationship and business partnering skills and ability to engage with the stakeholders on different level
• Excellent Project Management skills to effectively manage projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools. Knowledge of Coupa is nice to havel.
• Basic experience in IT. Experience in pharma industry and R&D is nice to have
