Print Support Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation, configuration and ongoing support of existing and new Print devices
  • Coordination of service providers for “end to end” hardware support, hardware Break & Fix,
  • Operation and service, diagnosing and troubleshooting of issues, related to the Print service:
  • Мanaging test environment
  • Оrdering new Print test devices
  • Coordination of Dead On Arrival (DOA) incidents
  • Management of the consumables and wear material (MPS/FMPS)

Our requirements

  • Technician support for on-site intervention
  • Troubleshooting software problems on the printer device
  • Processing of Service requests (IMACR) - Install, Move, Add, Change or Repair
  • Resolve and appropriately complete assigned cases and requests
