For our client, one of the biggest Tech Corporation in the world we're looking for:
Principal Engineer Delivery Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Provide on-site residency services (travel can be required) for customers, acting on their behalf to share ownership of operational responsibility for storage environment administration, change management, regular reporting.
• Evaluates and analyzes systems, performance, issues and metrics in order to provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Installation, customization and integration of clients-technologies during service project lifecycle.
• Participation in solutions design, verifying production environments against clients best implementation practices, delivering health checks and improvement actions in large and complex environments.

Our requirements

• Knowledge and practical hands-on experience with Dell Technologies high-end storage solutions like VMAX, PowerMax, VPLEX, XtremIO, Unity, Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS).
• Knowledge and practical hands-on experience with SAN technologies including Cisco and Broacade
• Technical knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V and MS Windows & Unix/Linux Operating Systems
• Scripting experience Shell/Perl/PowerShell
• Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to develop solutions addressing customer’s challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive positive customer experience
• Ease of cooperation and teamwork
• 5+ years of storage infrastructure experience
• Has a sense of urgency and is Pro-Active
• Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with storage array technologies of different vendors (HPE, HDS) is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of Mission Critical Applications (Oracle, SQL, Exchange, SAP) and HA clusers
• Programing experience Python/Ruby/JavaScript
• Dell EMC certifications
• SuSE/RedHat/Windows certifications.
