Job description
At NATEK, we are looking for a PowerBI Developer to join an HR transformation program as part of a broader implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The initiative focuses on building a modern HR ecosystem supporting payroll, employee data management, and advanced HR reporting capabilities.
The project is delivered in an international environment involving business teams from Poland and technology partners from Switzerland. A key focus will be building reports and analyses supporting HR processes such as payroll, employment, absences, and organisational KPIs for approximately 1,800 employees.
We are looking for someone who can work independently with business stakeholders, translate requirements into reporting solutions, and deliver clear dashboards supporting decisionmaking.
Your responsibilities
o Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI
o Build and optimise data models to support HR analytics
o Develop data transformation processes using Power Query
o Create measures and calculations using DAX (nice to have advanced experience)
o Integrate data from multiple sources (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, databases)
o Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
o Ensure data quality and support validation during and after migration
o Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
o Strong experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, data visualisation)
o Good knowledge of SQL
o Experience working with HR-related data
o Strong skills in data analysis and data modelling
o Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (e.g. SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel)
It would be preferred if you have:
o Experience with advanced Power BI modelling and calculations (DAX, Power Query)
o Familiarity with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors environments
o Experience working in international or enterprise-scale projects
