Platform/System Engineer for Modern Workplace

Job description

The position is situated in the financial centre of Warsaw. You will report to the manager responsible for Modern Workplace. The department handles both hyper care and development of Modern Workplace.

You will in the beginning work with the hyper care of our 5000 users who already are on the platform. As you become more and more comfortable with the platform, you will get more responsibility. The line-up is unique. We have juniors and seniors, we work like a team, and we are all tech savvy, and it is important that the atmosphere is open and obliging.

The department is inspired by Scandinavian leadership culture, which means that we motivate people to be proactive, independent, and responsible. We work in a cross-border team. We have teams in Warsaw and in Denmark. We do communicate several times daily. You must be confident in working in a team, where knowledge and information sharing is the key.

Modern workplace technology is relatively new. If you like new technology and want to become a pro – do not hesitate to apply to be a part of our team. Our objective is to migrate 15.000 user to Modern Workplace.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking the best care of end users in terms of security and stability. You will be responsible for designing and introducing new solutions with usage of the newest Microsoft Modern Workplace products. If Windows operating systems are open book for you and you are experienced with Microsoft MDM systems, like Intune, SCCM – apply now. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining Configuration and Security Policies in InTune
• Maintaining AppLocker and WDAC rules
• Knowledge about security or network
• Remediate vulnerabilities found in the reports
• Troubleshoot various problems with Windows 10 operating system
• Develop automation tools using Powershell
• Managing tasks in SCCM
• Using Defender ATP for vulnerability management

Our requirements

Preferably, you have an educational background at bachelor's degree within IT and 1+ years of experience on a similar position.
