VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Due to the continuous growth of our office in Kosice we are looking for organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as a Office Assistant. You will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the daily efficient operation of our branch in Kosice and be the first impression and face of our company ensuring that our visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner.

DUTIES

•Welcoming and greeting on-site guests, clients and customers, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
•Administration of incoming documentation by uploading and registering documents, invoices and supplier contracts to our internal system
•Performing wide range of clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying and archiving documents
•Maintenance of office supplies – controlling available supplies, ordering new supplies, making purchase orders and anticipating budget for supplies
•Management of incoming and outgoing post – preparing outgoing mail for sending, collecting and redistributing incoming mail to appropriate personnel
•Being the point of contact for external suppliers, building administrator and courier company
•Assisting in organization of social and team-building events for internal staff and consultants
•Preparing documents for work permit processes, contacting with Labour Offices and Foreigners Offices regarding these processes
•Preparing of contract packages for employment according to the NATEK templates and procedures for signature of HR Business Partner
•Arranging health and safety trainings and medical check ups for newcomers
•Issuing invoices to Natek’s customer using internal tool

REQUIREMENTS

•Fluent English
•Excellent customer service skills
•Very good knowledge of MS Office
•Secondary school leaving examination/university degree
•Independence, accuracy and ability to organize your own work
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Willingness to learn new things

Salary

Base salary: 305 EUR gross / monthly.
