In NATEK, we are searching for Project Manager to join the global Programme team in banking area.

The goal is to provide “Infrastructure Project Management capabilities across GCIO infrastructure, with extensive knowledge of the organization and domain expertise aligned to critical programs. These capabilities are delivered across departmental projects. The Project Managers within this pool are assigned to diverse domains and divisions.

The initial assignment of the successful candidate will be an operating model opmization and operational efficiency improvement program within one of the infrastructure divisions.


Your responsibilities

  • Drive the project or streams delivery (as assigned) in a pro-active manner and in line with the industry Project Management standards
  • Proactively resolve development and delivery risks, issues, dependencies and challenges
  • Manage the program delivery roadmap and leading the Agile teams with a direct control to deliver the Jira backlog specified by the program
  • Maintain close relationship with an external and internal stakeholders and providers
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure technical solutions are approved in the correct governance forums utilizing the most appropriate frameworks
  • Ensure the software delivery cycle (release management, requirements governance) is followed
  • Maintain clear roles and responsibilities of the project team members
  • The basic tasks expected of the Project Manager are to be skilled in multiple Project Lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile), adhering to project governance in line with best practices and company defined standards utilizing the most appropriate delivery methodology to get the job done

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the project manager role in large scale and matrix organizations
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects as a project manager in global project/program oganizations
  • Agile and DevOps theoretical understanding, reinforced with extensive practical knowledge and experience
  • Broad understanding of IT enterprise infrastructure (networks, database, architecture concepts)
  • Stakeholder management skills with the cross-cultural sensitivity and style adaptable to situations and stakeholder’s personalities
  • Self-starter with a can do attitude who can get things done with limited supervision in a collaborative environment
