• Assist with post-sales installation and implementation of Morpheus for customers, ensuring their business requirements are met.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot Morpheus-related issues.
• Gather technical and business requirements from customers and partners to understand their needs and align company deliverables accordingly.
• Remain up-to-date on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies, adhering to company methods and procedures.
• Provide third-level troubleshooting support, analyzing and resolving complex technical problems.
• Support and contribute to the implementation of enterprise-scale solutions using emerging platforms and technologies.
• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer cases promptly and effectively.
• Communicate technical instructions to customers without direct access to their systems or networks.
• Contribute to ad hoc advisory tasks, occasional QA input, and pre-sales proof-of- concept (POC) support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Linux: Basic level proficiency (Debian or RHEL)
• MySQL: Basic level; ability to read, set, and configure on a Linux system (e.g., /etc/my.cnf)
• NFSv3: Basic level understanding of its functionality
• Virtualization and Containers: Understanding of fundamental concepts
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS and Azure (basic level)
• Willingness to Learn: Ready to learn new technologies and software
