• Assist with post-sales installation and implementation of Morpheus for customers, ensuring their business requirements are met.

• Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot Morpheus-related issues.

• Gather technical and business requirements from customers and partners to understand their needs and align company deliverables accordingly.

• Remain up-to-date on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies, adhering to company methods and procedures.

• Provide third-level troubleshooting support, analyzing and resolving complex technical problems.

• Support and contribute to the implementation of enterprise-scale solutions using emerging platforms and technologies.

• Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer cases promptly and effectively.

• Communicate technical instructions to customers without direct access to their systems or networks.

• Contribute to ad hoc advisory tasks, occasional QA input, and pre-sales proof-of- concept (POC) support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Hands-on experience with the Morpheus platform.

• Basic knowledge of Linux (Debian or RHEL).

• Basic MySQL skills, including the ability to read, set up, and configure databases on Linux systems.

• Basic understanding of NFSv3 and its operational principles.

• Fundamental understanding of virtualization and container technologies. Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud services at a basic level.

• Strong willingness and capability to learn new technologies and software quickly.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Previous experience in IT operations or system administration.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Linux+).

• Experience with other cloud platforms or additional IT management tools.
