Together with our final client we are building the next generation infrastructure services for exclusive European banking client. Join our team of Monitoring Specialist which is 100% remote.This role is ideal for all skilled, experienced monitoring specialists with the knowledge of either ScienceLogic or Netcool (mediors and seniors).

Your responsibilities
• Deployment, implementation, administration, and technical support for systems management products (Unix, Linux, Windows, VMware, Azure platform)• Testing, implementation and roll-out of Systems Management
• Automation of daily processes by scripts (Bash, PowerShell)
• Creating and documenting new processes
• Problem determination, problem cause identification and problem resolution
• Assessment of the situation to determine the infrastructure problem
• Preparation of documentation with problem/incident solution
• Assistance for customers' tickets and the company's infrastructure with ScienceLogic Monitoring Infrastructure
• Escalating issues in accordance with team guidelines to account managers
• Technical support to customer accounts and other company's service lines and competencies
• Action requests for service, implementing changes and resolving assigned problems
• Providing systems management expertise to project teams
• Project status updates on the regular basis
