Basic wage component min. 1000 EUR gross/ month; depends on seniority*
DUTIESAn administrator on the global Tier 3 of the mobility management team involves various support challenges.
-Support of end users with various mobile device issues using Service Now.
-Assisting with line of business application deployments for both iOS and Android devices that are enrolled with Microsoft Intune.
-Establishing and maintain an operational standard with the company global service desk and various other support teams.
-Mobile device and operating system validations for use in the company.
-Other duties as assigned involving the enterprise mobility management.

REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years in supporting users with Microsoft Intune or another Major MDM tool (Mobile Iron, Airwatch, etc)
- Solid documentation skills (required to maintain operational standards with other support teams)
- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile devices
- Advanced troubleshooting skills (Hard Reset, restore, current OS, Apple DEP, Google for Work)
