Our partner is a global diversified technology and multi industrial company. Join mobile device management team located in Bratislava and help create the technology of tomorrow.

Basic wage component min. 1000 EUR gross/ month; depends on seniority*

DUTIES

An administrator on the global Tier 3 enterprise mobility management team involves various support challenges.

-Support of end users with various mobile device issues using Service Now.
-Assisting with line of business application deployments for both iOS and Android devices that are enrolled with Microsoft Intune.
-Establishing and maintain an operational standard with the company global service desk and various other support teams.
-Mobile device and operating system validations for use in the company.
-Other duties as assigned involving the enterprise mobility management.

REQUIREMENTS

-2+ years in supporting users with Microsoft Intune or another Major MDM tool (Mobile Iron, Airwatch, etc)
-Solid documentation skills (required to maintain operational standards with the service desk and other support teams)
-Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile devices
-Advanced troubleshooting skills (Hard Reset, restore, current OS, Apple DEP, Google for Work)
