Moreover, he/she will maintain records and prepare documents and materials to support activities.


Salary offer: min. 1000 EUR gross/ month; depends on seniority

DUTIES

This position is responsible for business process support for the release management discipline within the managed services environment. The individual is required to be an expert in the established processes and tools required to ensure "right first time" processing and analysis of data across a variety of disciplines (e.g. change management, configuration management, data quality and refresh delivery tracking). The individual is expected to use technical, data processing and analytical skills to manage data that allows the production of regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reporting, to support the identification of compliancy and data quality defects against which actions can be prescribed, thereby ensuring high performance levels are maintained within agreed contractual service level and key measure targets. The individual is required to represent the organisation towards a broad range of customer stakeholders as well as internal and external review boards to present findings and ensure that any prescribed actions are executed successfully. Core responsibilities include:

Change & Data Quality Management

•Be responsible for operation and maintenance of a functional mailbox
•Perform regular release management data quality checks and work with other members of the team to identify defects. Investigate, prescribe and own actions to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively
•Track in detail all refresh delivery change activity performance, produce analyses which include measurements against targets and ensure any failed changes are investigated via formal or informal root cause (RCA) investigations.
•Partner with cross functional team (other data specialists, Engineers, Delivery Teams, 3rd parties) to ensure a full understanding of any defects found and the implementation of actions to avoid any reoccurrence
•Ensure documented proof is obtained to validate that any prescribed actions are completed (e.g. training, process/documentation adjustments, manager notified in cases of human error)
•Produce regular (weekly, monthly & quarterly) reports to stakeholders and present during meetings where required

Configuration Management

•Be responsible for operation and maintenance of a database that is required for the processing of complex data output from a configuration management/compliancy measurement tool (Voyence)
•Process the data output to identify compliancy defects and ensure that remedial actions are identified and triggered via the appropriate teams
•Produce regular (monthly & quarterly) reports to stakeholders and present during meetings where required


Refresh & Remediation Delivery Tracking

•Support the run and maintain of an internally developed tool which is used to track the progress of work required to address refresh delivery and large project/programme activities
•Perform data preparation (via Excel), editing and importing (via bulk uploads) as part of monthly process cycles
•Creating projects, activities, work items and milestones (CMS/Drupal)
•Creating queries and Dashboards through SQL and Excel Macros.


Experience
-At least 2 years’ experience within a Business Analyst role
-Experience of working within a Telecoms Environment (specifically Network/ Infrastructure) and a basic understanding of networking architectures
-Experience of working in ‘large data’ environments working across multiple systems and data sources as part of their role
