• 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Expert-level knowledge of React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications in production environments.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions that balance innovation with business needs.
