4. Work on network and infrastructure design, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security of solutions.
5. Create and maintain Visual Basic scripts and programs for automation and custom functionality as required.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect web solutions and network infrastructures that align with business goals.
7. Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, document technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with team members.
8. Integrate and manage Arxview for network monitoring and visualisation, ensuring real-time insights and performance tracking.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the LAPP stack, APIs, and web platforms.
10. Ensure thorough documentation of solution architecture, network design, and development processes to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development, scripting, and network design to improve the team’s capabilities.

Experience working with the LAPP stack (Linux, Apache, PHP, PostgreSQL) in a web development and system administration capacity.

Strong proficiency in PHP and web programming, with proven experience in developing and maintaining dynamic web applications.

Hands-on experience in JSON and API scripting for building, integrating, and optimizing system interactions.

Proficiency with Visual Basic for scripting and automation.

Solid understanding of network design principles, security best practices, and solution architecture.

Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management, collaboration, and documentation.

Familiarity with Arxview or similar network monitoring tools for network visibility and management.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage and resolve issues across the LAPP stack, web applications, and network infrastructures.

1. Have knowledge of other web development frameworks and languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
2. Have experience with cloud infrastructure and deploying LAPP stack solutions in cloud environments.
3. Are familiar with DevOps practices and tools for automation, continuous integration, and deployment.
4. Relevant certifications in Linux administration, PHP development, or network design are considered an advantage.
