In this role you will be working to support client who has outsourced the management of their IT network infrastructure to the third party. On a day to day basis you will provide mainly remote incident, problem and partially change management and act as a high level NW technical expert. You'll need to be pro-active and regularly analyze data at your disposal to help drive improvement in quality and productivity of services. The L3 team also contributes to project related activities by implementing planned network changes, HW refreshes or support other network migrations involving different teams. You may become a L3 technology champion on NW technologies (WAN, LAN, Security expert) or take a L3 customer specialist role (unique technologies, processes) to provide special expertise, care, handle priority cases and share knowledge.

Salary offer: min. 1000 EUR gross/ month; depends on seniority

• Manage and implement complex NW changes as part of a project implementation for the existing customers, execute NW normal, non-standard or routine changes (LAN, WAN Security), various NW migrations or new device implementations (SW, Routers, LB or Firewalls)
• Analyze and solve complex incidents involving several different & remote support teams, identify root cause of incidents and make appropriate recommendation to avoid future failures
• From a technical perspective you will work with LAN, WAN and Security (mainly Alcatel Lucent/Nokia and CISCO devices, F5 loadbalancers, Checkpoint and Fortinet FWs, Aruba WLAN, HPN)
• Ensure network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with minimum downtime
• Understands, synthesis and clarifies customer need
• Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology & understands complex infrastructures
• Strictly follows Move to Production (M2P) process including to check that tools and documentation are up to date
• Perform investigation on new technology, help inbound project managers and other support team to introduce new technology, capacity planning & performance management
• Act as point of contact for client and Account RUN Leads for complex technical issues.
• Provide help, coaching and training to L1, L2 and GSD teams to spread out network knowledge and experience


• At least 4 years’ experience in IT operations and Network operations
• Cisco Certification to at least Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience (CCNP level is a plus)
• Experience in troubleshooting a broad range of network technologies
• Strong expertise in at least one specific network technology
• Analytical and complex incident solving skills
• Understanding and clarifying customer needs
• Ability to coordinate complex network changes involving several different support teams
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills
• Understand IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
