Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing full life cycle recruiting process (active sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, preparing offers, pre-hire screening, medical track, background check)
  • Maintaining smooth end to end on-boarding process of high-volume of candidates
  • Collaboration with managers in order to bring the best fit to their team
  • Maintaining contact with other teams (HR, Foreign national team, Business unit, outsourcing agencies)
  • Providing administrative support and reporting
  • Attending at the various job fairs 

Our requirements

You are a great match if you:

  • Have advanced level of written and spoken English (B2/C1)
  • Are a communicative person, enjoying working with people
  • Are passionate about human resources
  • Are a fast learner with „can do“ attitude
  • Are organised and driven by results
  • Work permit for Slovakia/ EU citizenship

Approx. 1 year experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
