Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing full life cycle recruiting process (active sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, preparing offers, pre-hire screening, medical track, background check)
- Maintaining smooth end to end on-boarding process of high-volume of candidates
- Collaboration with managers in order to bring the best fit to their team
- Maintaining contact with other teams (HR, Foreign national team, Business unit, outsourcing agencies)
- Providing administrative support and reporting
- Attending at the various job fairs
Our requirements
You are a great match if you:
- Have advanced level of written and spoken English (B2/C1)
- Are a communicative person, enjoying working with people
- Are passionate about human resources
- Are a fast learner with „can do“ attitude
- Are organised and driven by results
- Work permit for Slovakia/ EU citizenship
Approx. 1 year experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
