Junior HR Specialist

Job description

This is a position in HR Operational Hub for NATEK Group (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria). 

Working in this position you will be responsible for the support of employees in ticketing tools as well as in online cooperation. You will be supporting HR operations for employees hired in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria in the area of on-/out-boarding, H&S, employment lifecycle support, payroll and personal file management purposes. You will assist in HR/Employer Branding initiatives and processes assigned to you individually (benefits, meal financial contribution, digitalization, optimization etc.). 

In this position, you will work independently, but with the support of a mentor to build your HR career on an international level.  


Your responsibilities

  • Answering employee requests and questions via internal ticketing tool for HR purposes 
  • Building and developing good relationship with employees and managers
  • Ensuring legal compliance (employment related documents) 
  • Assisting with new employee hiring and outboarding/termination processes (validating documents, taking part in induction program, preparing exit documents) 
  • Maintaining data in HRM system (data update, docs upload) 
  • Maintaining reports related to attendance, holidays, financial contribution, bonuses and deductions
  • Preparing communication for employees, informative notes, working instructions
  • Preparing and delivering documents to external suppliers - payroll, benefits providers and others 
  •  Cooperating with managers and other departments on ensuring HR operations are coherent with the company’s strategy and goals
  • Participating in HR projects related to development management, salary ranges, benefits and internal processes adjustments

Our requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven HR experience on a similar position in hard or soft HR (an international company is a plus
  • Higher degree, ideally from Human Resources studies
  • Passionate about HR, willing to learn and broaden the HR knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Slovak/Czech labor code, knowledge Polish and Bulgarian labor code is an advantage
  • Accuracy, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English to communicate with employees and various stakeholders
  • Positive attitude
