Currently we are looking for a Communication Coordinator who will fully support NATEK Communication activities in Bulgaria, with additionally c.a. 20% workload dedicated to group level marketing / communication projects. (S)he is responsible for implementation of communication activities on respective markets including on-line & off-line advertising, NATEK’s presence on job fairs and industry events, digital & social media initiatives as well as cooperation with 3rd parties. Our new-hire is also expected to contribute to the communication strategy and ideas within the department, under respective management.

DUTIES

•Help implementing a cross-media marketing strategy that translates NATEK business and marketing goals into meaningful deliverables
•Contribute with ideas to specific internal & external communication and employer branding activities
•Oversee digital & social media marketing campaigns
•Manage promotions on job portals, job fairs and 3rd party platforms
•Compile reports showing results (ROI) and suggest ways of optimizing the activities
•Execute social media strategy by participating in content creation and managing NATEK social media accounts in Bulgarian
•Participate in creating content for the company’s website
•Plan and organize teambuilding events
•Act as a point of contact for third parties for the Sofia Business Unit
•Negotiate new contracts with suppliers
•Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

REQUIREMENTS

•Demonstrable passion for marketing & communication, ability to turn passion into specific projects
•Interest in IT sector and technology
•Proficiency in English
•Native level in Bulgarian
•diverse styles and needs of the business
•Basic knowledge of communication tools & platforms within the CEE region
•Good editorial skills
•Highly motivated, innovative, reliable, self-driven and result orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills
