As a Junior Business Development Manager in NATEK you have a great opportunity to develop your career path in non-corporate company where core values are accountability, expertise and partnership. On this role, under leadership of Sales Director, you will manage NATEK sales processes for the given prospects and existing customer. You will be responsible for end-to-end process, starting from first contact, preparation for the meeting, collecting information and working on the proposal up to negotiations of the contract under the supervision of Sales Director.

Your responsibilities will include: Sales, Recruitment, Quality and Reporting.


Your responsibilities

• Actively searches for potential customers and establishes first contact
• Prepares presentation deck for customer meetings
• Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Follows up to all the sales processes with customer and prepares next steps
• Actively supports the Sales Director in further negotiations with the customer
• Prepare bases for contract negotiations

• Builds strong relationship with recruitment teams to provide them with all necessary information to fulfil customer needs
• Actively participates in recruitment process but proactively seeking candidate leads
• Runs communication with candidates to ensure their motivation and understand of customer environment and project

• Reports to Sales Director
• Prepares weekly and monthly sales results including head-count revenue and margin
• Prepares and works out regular presentation for customer related to service delivery and/or proposal of services
• Keeps tracks of the sales activities up-to-date in CRM

Our requirements

• A minimum bachelor’s degree with previous experience in sales or customer exposure is preferable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Positive and persistent approach towards work
• Min B2 in English, another language as French or German is a plus
