Job description

We are looking for a Jira Administrator to join a new project aimed at expanding and maintaining Atlassian tools (Jira Data Center, Confluence, Jira Cloud). The role includes configuration, user management, integrations, automation, and dashboard/report creation, as well as participation in the migration to Jira Cloud.

Your responsibilities

· Configuration and administration of Jira Data Center and Cloud instances

· Granting access to Jira/Confluence in accordance with team procedures

· Implementing project changes requested by users, following Atlassian best practices and team agreements

· Troubleshooting issues

· Creating dashboards and reports

· Creating and maintaining automations

· Maintaining technical documentation

· Participating in team meetings (e.g., work planning)

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administering Jira, Jira Service

· Management, and Confluence (Cloud/Data Center), including configuration, user management, and integration with other tools

· Experience working with development and business teams, with a good understanding of their needs and requirements

· Very good knowledge of JQL, with the ability to create dashboards and report

· Experience working with REST API interfaces

· Familiarity with ScriptRunner and writing scripts in Groovy

· Basic administration skills in Linux and Microsoft Active Directory

· Competence in IT security and systems management

· Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL

· Experience with system integrations

· University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
