• Develop and maintain backend functions for manufacturing systems like MES or ERP

• Take end-to-end responsibility for system stability, incident resolution, and availability

• Interpret user needs into digital solutions, following technical and security standards

• Perform system testing, plan deployments, and support software rollout

• Troubleshoot software issues and follow up on problem tickets

• Share knowledge with the local team and contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong experience in Java backend development, ideally in an international or industrial setting

• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or similar

Experience with:

• Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, WebFlux, etc.)

• Messaging tools (Kafka, MQ)

• Container orchestration (e.g., OpenShift)

• Web front-end (Angular or React)

• Relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)

• Understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, and system performance

• Flexible mindset – comfortable working in a dynamic environment or greenfield projects

• English and Slovak communication skills
