Java/APEX developer for Telco

Job description

We are searching for Software developer with sound knowledge and experience in Java, JavaScript, SOAP and HTML. APEX and CRM knowledge and experience is significant advantage but not requirement.

Your responsibilities

•Design, develop and document custom business solutions
•Creation of detailed application designs, code and unit testing
•Play a technical role in evaluating new business requirements
•Provide on-going technical support for existing custom CRM code
•Provide L3 incident and problem management support
•Maintain alignment with CRM development best practices
•Leverage any past experience with JAVA, web services, ESB, and/or SQL Server development to build or maintain existing integration points between CRM and Custom Applications

Our requirements

•University degree in the field of computer science or software engineering (preferred but not required), or 3+ years work experience in Software Development
•Experience in developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing issues
•1+ years Java and web application development experience, including HTML, JavaScript;
•1+ years experience with development tools and environments: Eclipse, JDK, SVN, Git, Ant
•Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
•Advanced knowledge of English language
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Additional experience in these is an advantage:

• Force. com development with a strong focus on Apex, Visual Force development and general admin/development experience with Salesforce' Sales and Service Clouds and related technologies is significant advantage.
• CRM experience welcome.
• Understanding of complex ETL and data migration practices, Web services: REST, SOAP, XML/WSDL
• Operational/admin knowledge of Windows and any GNU/Linux
• Development experience in any of these: Oracle Database, MS SQL, Postgre SQL, MariaDB
