IT Support Trainee will be a part of the IT team, responsible for monitoring the Jira queue where the issues are raising from the reporter.
The goal of the position is to deal directly with employees who have technical issues such as setting up the access, changing forgotten passwords and emails issues.
IT Support Trainee helps with resolving reporter’s technical problems via internal tool JIRA using e-mail, Phone, Skype.

DUTIES•Revising and assigning the new coming issues in Jira and discussing the priority with the reporters
•Fixing “Service request Level 1” issues in Jira and meeting the SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
•Communicating with the reporters and getting their approvals for the issue solutions proposals
•Creating of mails/logins/credentials for new Employees, dealing with password issues for Gap (internal database), Intranet, Zimbra (collaboration system)
REQUIREMENTS•Fluency in English
•Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, has strong writing skills and good working habits
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively on a globally-distributed team in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to create schedules and plans and deliver within tight deadlines
•Must be flexible and enjoy working with new technology in a dynamic environment where requirements change rapidly
•Ability to work with people and ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
•Patience and a logical mind
•Enthusiasm for continual learning
