Your responsibilities

-In-depth and excellent support knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Lync/Skype and Windows 7/10
-Knowledge of Active Directory and group management
-Knowledge and understanding of desktop virtualization systems and tools (Citrix, VMWare)
-Understanding of Automated Software Deployment for Enterprises (Distributing, installing, updating and uninstalling software)
-Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and empathy

Our requirements

-Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Lync/Skype and Windows 7/10
-Active Directory
-Citrix, VMWare
-Well organized, self-motivated, punctual, and flexible in approach to work
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Fluent written / spoken English and Polish. One of the following additional languages is welcome: German, French, and Italian
-Knowledge of scripting tools and automation would be a benefit
-ITIL v3 Foundation (or later) would be an advantage
