Join an international organization from the retail/logistics sector, operating a modern warehouse infrastructure supporting large-scale distribution operations. The company focuses on maintaining high operational standards, ensuring business continuity, and minimizing downtime in a dynamic logistics environment.
In this role, you will act as a hands-on IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining and supporting on-site IT infrastructure, warehouse systems, and end-user environments.
You will work closely with international 2nd and 3rd line support teams, ensuring smooth operations of critical systems. This position requires a practical professional who is comfortable working on-site with hardware, network, and warehouse systems in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Working hours | 3-shift system (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00), 6 days per week

Your responsibilities
• Managing and maintaining warehouse IT ecosystem, including RF scanners (Point Mobile), PDA devices, and industrial printers (Zebra)
• Configuring, issuing, and supporting devices using MDM systems (SOTI, PMDM)
• Performing first-line support for warehouse and transport systems (WMS, TMS), including issue verification and escalation
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and infrastructure issues in on-site environments
• Supporting LAN infrastructure (Cisco), including physical troubleshooting and cooperation with 2nd line support
• Maintaining and troubleshooting security systems such as CCTV (Hikvision) and access control systems
• Supporting business users, including Active Directory account management, password resets, and workstation preparation
• Managing IT asset lifecycle using asset management tools (Snipe-IT)
• Monitoring and supporting environmental systems (temperature and humidity sensors)
• Documenting all activities and incidents in Jira in line with internal standards
• Maintaining up-to-date network and infrastructure documentation, including changes in cabling and VLANs
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Fluent Romanian (mandatory for on-site work)
• Communicative English (B1/B2) for cooperation with international teams
• Hands-on experience in IT support in on-site environments (hardware, network, infrastructure)
• Experience with LAN networks (preferably Cisco) and basic troubleshooting
• Experience with end-user support and Active Directory
• Ability to work with warehouse devices such as scanners, printers, and mobile terminals
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) and documentation practices
• Understanding of logistics or warehouse environments will be a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a shift-based system (3 shifts, 6 days per week)
• High level of ownership, independence, and attention to detail
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience with MDM systems (SOTI, PMDM)
• Experience with WMS/TMS systems
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
