• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site users requiring IT support, ensuring high responsiveness and professionalism.

• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, installations, replacements, and configurations.

• Deliver IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) services.

• Initiate and manage Break/Fix procedures for hardware, coordinating replacements and repairs as necessary.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for end users on standard desktop environments and tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related incidents, including client-specific applications.

• Maintain awareness of the customer’s IT infrastructure, tools, and specific environments.

• Support customer-specific software and coordinate with relevant teams for deeper technical issues.

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.

• Participate in weekly service review meetings and ensure continuous alignment with service

expectations.

• Ensure all incidents and activities are logged and tracked per established processes

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.

• Hands-on experience in L1/L2 support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOs, Microsoft Office and ITSM tools.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fluent English.
