You'll be part of the IT team and your main responsibility is to monitor the Jira queue where the issues are raising from the reporter.
You’ll be dealing directly with NATEK’s employees. Deal with technical issues such as management of MS365 accounts and fixing issues on NATEK Internal systems. You’ll be also working close with the development team on performing the testing before launching of a system change/improvement.
You will work in a small team in an international company and report directly to Internal Tool Release and Support Team Lead.

Revising and assigning the new coming issues in JiraFixing “Service request’ issues in Jira and meeting the SLAsTesting “Improvement”/” Project” type issues and participation in the process of creating Test Cases/Test ScenariosCommunication with the reporters and getting their approvals for the issue solutions proposalsCreation of mails/logins/credentials for new Employees and revising (and changing if needed) of current Employee’s rights/authorizations in NATEK systemsO365 administration, Active Directory managementServer administration assistance and support
Technical educationSupport experience in area of MS365Ability to understand and explain technical conceptsGood working habitsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively on a globally distributed team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create schedules and plans and deliver within tight deadlines thorough understanding of the software process developmentFlexibility and openness to work with new technology in a dynamic environment where requirements change rapidlyPassion to work with people and ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clientsNice to have experience with ticketing tool, like Jira or similar onePatience and a logical mindEnthusiasm for continual learning and developmentServers’ administration experience will be a big plus /Virtual Machines and related software/.
