Job description

Your responsibilities

• Searching for IT candidates using tools like LinkedIn, GitHub or Boolean search

• Reaching out to candidates (messages, calls) and building first contact

• Conducting initial pre-screen interviews

• Supporting the recruitment team with the candidate pipeline

• Posting job ads and managing applications

• Updating and maintaining our internal systems

• Building positive relationships with candidates and creating a great candidate experience

• Learning how the IT recruitment market works

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• Great communication skills and positive energy

• “Can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

• Interest in working with people and building relationships

• Resilience – you don’t give up easily

• Good level of English (daily communication)

• No experience required – we will teach you everything

It would be preferred if you have:

• Any experience with people (sales, customer service, call center)

• Activity in student organisations (e.g., ESN, AIESEC)

• Interest in recruitment, HR or IT
