IT Research Specialist

We are looking for a sourcing specialist to newly established NATEK’s research team for CEE region to acquire top IT talents; somebody who digs Candidate from underground and who understands that Candidates are always available, we just need to know how to reach them!

As sourcing experts, we support NATEK company reaching to candidates from all over the world. We cooperate on a daily basis with 8 teams present in 4 labor markets: Poland, Slovakia, Czech and Bulgaria.

•Building sourcing strategy to each project
•Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs
•Sourcing and headhunting talents in social media and digital platforms – from LinkedIn through Stack Overflow to Twitter and beyond
•Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with the candidates
•Supporting recruitment process (job description, advertising, interviewing, arranging process)
•Cooperating with NATEK’s international business units and colleagues from Sales, Recruitment and Delivery departments
•Coordinating candidates during recruitment processes
•Administrating candidates’ data in internal database


•Experience in IT recruitment research – at least 12 months
•Experience in Boolean search and various sourcing channels
•Experience in social media usage within the recruitment area
•Advanced command of business English (any additional language is a plus German, French, Slovak etc)
•Excellent networking abilities
•Very good organizational skills
•Proactive and can-do attitude
