Currently, we are looking for a recruit experienced Consultant to strengthen our Recruitment team based in Bratislava.     Except of traditional body leasing - providing senior IT specialists for our stable partners (leading international providers of IT services), we are also providing outsourcing of the whole projects and service delivery through our own teams. As a member of recruitment team, you will be responsible for both delivering recruitment services to our external partners and covering the whole recruitment process in order to deliver the best IT specialist for our internal teams.

Salary offer: min. 1000 EUR gross/ month; depends on seniority

We consider situation within labour market and provide competitive salaries to our employees.


– Sourcing Candidates from external and internal databases– Being a “head hunter “on LinkedIn– Phone prescreening Interviews with Candidates– Arranging interviews with candidates for senior consultants– Researching - your main duty (creating a strategy, then moving onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered, ensuring its absolute accuracy)
