Wage consists of a base part + progressive benefit system. Base salary starts at 1,OOO EUR gross/m but strongly depends on seniority.
The law requires to inform about the minimum salary for all advertised roles. In case of your successful candidacy we will consider all aspects of your experience, skills, competencies and qualification when defining final offer. We consider situation within labour market and provide competitive salaries to our employees.


•Sourcing candidates from external and internal databases
•Efficient usage of a network of professional contacts via social media and extending it
•Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates
•Building long-term relationships with candidates
•Conducting negotiations with candidates
•Evaluating and choosing correct and effective advertisement tactics in accordance to recruitment project
•Interfacing hiring managers at customer based on sourcing/recruitment project assigned from management
•Participating in RFP responses, provide valuable information about market salary levels


•Ideally 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment field
•Wide knowledge of IT technologies
•Ability to identify best IT candidates, using different sources of contact
•Ability to build long-term relations with candidates
•Very good organization of work
•Excellent communications skills
•Ability to work independently and efficiently, self-driven individual
•Flexibility, reliability, versatility
•Advanced command of English
•General knowledge of IT environment and market
•Experience in direct search
