NATEK has become one of the key players in IT outsourcing and consulting in the CEE region and it has been so mainly thanks to our team acting as a true business partner to our prestige international customers as well as our IT consultants. 

In order to support our continuous growth in the market, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team who will support the recruitment team.


Your responsibilities

  • Sourcing and headhunting talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Goldenline etc.)
  • Conducting pre-screen interviews and full interviews with candidates
  • Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs
  • Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
  • Participating on strategy for recruitment projects
  • Updating reports for the given role/project or vacancy
  • Understanding of client’s requirements when building up a team or recruiting new specialist

Our requirements

  •  At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment 
  • Very good communication skills
  •  Advanced command of English
  • Strong interest in recruitment and IT field
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Hunger for new experience and knowledge
