On this role you are assigned to the recruitment of IT positions from the middle to managerial level. You may be dedicated to the wide range of technical profiles (Software Development, QA, Network, Support, BA, PM and more). The Recruiter in NATEK acts as a trusted business partner for Hiring Managers. You will manage end-to-end recruitment projects, with the usage of a variety of recruitment methodologies and provide great Candidate Experience.
DUTIES•Business partner for the hiring managers with a reflection on the job market and teams structures
•Managing end-to-end recruitment process (job description, advertising, direct search, interviewing, arranging process, contracts negotiations and preparation)
•Responsibility for providing excellent Candidate Experience and win-win short and long term
•Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs
•Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
•Participating on strategy for recruitment projects
•Updating reports for the given role/project or vacancy
REQUIREMENTS•At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
•Experience with a variety of recruitment tools for direct search, advertising, etc.
•Very good communication skills
•Advanced command of English
•Strong interest in recruitment and IT field
•Very good communication and organizational skills
•Passionate about working with people, interviewing, networking
