2. Conducting pre-screen interviews and full interviews with candidates
3. Mapping the IT market in the area in order to respond to client’s needs
4. Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
5. Participating on strategy for recruitment projects
6. Updating reports for the given role/project or vacancy
7. Understanding of client’s requirements when building up a team or recruiting new specialist

1. At least 2 year of experience in IT recruitment
