Mid/Senior IT Recruiter

Job description

NATEK has increased number of onboardings in Czech Republic 300% last years. We had proved capacity to existing international clients (companies from the Fortune 500 list: banking, finance, telecom, digital security) and we are still developing new businesses. That’s why, we are looking for new team members to work as IT Recruiters for our branch in Prague. You will join the agile team of 6 people to contribute to NATEK business growth. You will recruit local and international candidates, negotiate financials and cooperate with hiring managers. Your responsibilities

• Your duties focus on sourcing and headhunting multinational IT talents:

- Contacting the candidates all over the world through different sources /Linkedin, Facebook, Github, internal and external databases/

- Calling and cold calling Top IT talents

- Verification and selection of applications

- Job advertising with close cooperation with Employer Branding and Marketing specialists

• Interviewing: Conducting pre-screen calls and interviews

- Coordinating technical tests

- Arranging interviews with Customers and hiring managers

- Taking care of the Candidates at every stage of the project

• Building and developing partner relations with Candidates: Providing memorable Candidate Experience to make our candidates come back to us in the future

- Taking care of high standards of the recruitment process

- Providing clear feedback to candidates to make the recruitment process transparent

• Onboarding IT specialists: Building relations with Candidates

- Providing memorable Candidate Experience

- Negotiating job offers and employment conditions

- Preparing employment contracts

• Partnership with our Clients: Building relations with Hiring Managers

- Performing a representative role for customers

- Presenting Candidates to achieve win-win

Our requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment /this is a must/ if you do not have such experience, check our entry level job openings

• Czech language on a daily basis

• Very good communication skills

• Wide knowledge of IT market in Czech Republic and ability to identify best IT Candidates

• Knowledge of English, enabling communication with Candidates and Clients

• Strong sales attitude and negotiation skills required

• Ability to work in fast environment

• Goal-oriented person, proactive and open personality
