• Project Planning & Execution:Manage IT infrastructure projects including network upgrades, server installations, cloud migrations, data center operations, and disaster recovery initiatives.

• Customer Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with internal customers to collect and translate requirements, manage expectations, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Risk Management:Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality.

• Budget & Resource Oversight:Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.

• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders regularly.

• Technical Oversight:Ensure infrastructure implementations align with business needs, technical requirements, and best practices.

• Project Methodology Application:Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) to support team workflows and delivery expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and data centers.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
