Job description
NATEK is looking for an IT Continuity Consultant (Disaster Recovery) and be part of a key cybersecurity initiative that ensures operational resilience and supports secure digital transformation in the banking sector. You will join a strategic cybersecurity initiative for one of Europe’s top-tier financial institutions. This project is part of a broader effort to enhance capabilities in Cybersecurity, IT Continuity, and Digital Fraud Prevention.
You will join the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department within the Group IT division, which focuses on strengthening and harmonizing IT risk management and cybersecurity across the organization. This department defines and drives the vision for cybersecurity and IT continuity, monitors the security of the Group's information systems, and leads the IT Resilience strategy. In this role, you will ensure that all Group entities comply with the Group’s IT Continuity, Cybersecurity, and IT Risk frameworks. Your work will contribute directly to the protection and resilience of IT services across the organization.

Your responsibilities
▪ Develop and maintain the IT Continuity and Resilience framework, including relevant policies, tools, and methodologies in alignment with Group standards
▪ Coordinate IT asset classification with asset managers and verify proper registration in the Group's ServiceNow-based IT Continuity tool
▪ Ensure the quality and completeness of IT Continuity Plans in compliance with Group requirements
▪ Plan and coordinate IT continuity exercises to validate recovery solutions, and follow through all phases from preparation to post-exercise analysis
▪ Support IT asset managers in defining and updating IT Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery solutions across different recovery scenarios
▪ Propose enhancements to existing continuity processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
▪ Collect and review documentation and evidence from continuity exercises, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting
▪ Analyze incident reports related to IT Continuity solutions and identify areas for improvement
▪ Produce reports and maintain up-to-date documentation on IT continuity strategies, plans, incidents, and procedures
▪ Provide training and awareness to relevant stakeholders to reinforce continuity practices across the organization
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
▪ 3-5 years of experience in IT Continuity or Disaster Recovery
▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
▪ Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
▪ Strong organizational and coordination skills
▪ Capacity to coach and help others develop skills in IT continuity
▪ Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify complex information
▪ Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
▪ Familiarity with virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices
▪ Fluent English (written and spoken)
