At NATEK, we are currently creating a Virtual Team of experienced Managers and Senior Specialists who will join very sophisticated and selected projects on our Customer’s side (global manufacturer of office products).

We will assign the best project matching your experience and preferences, and together, as Natek Team, we will support Customer to be more competitive.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for providing support to the customers through the integration process by acting as the liaison between different stakeholders
• Monitoring of project progress against plan and escalation of risks and issues to the head of integrations
• Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes
• Managing one or several integration processes simultaneously and keep them on track
• You will be partnering to understand the customer’s ongoing product needs

Our requirements

• Strong experience in supporting IT systems and interacting with business unit staff and external vendors
• Demonstrated experience in planning, effective requirements gathering, and documenting and understanding business policies and procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT environment and support processes
• Experience successfully implementing medium sized project and/or in IT lead roles especially in systems migrations to cloud based solutions
• Must have exceptional communication skills: Written and Verbal, customer facing, running meetings and leading conference calls, collecting information, clarifying and confirming between numerous parties and reporting
• Able to clearly explain situations/facts to peers and our customers. Provides status reports as required
• Can operate as an individual contributor or in support of a more senior Project Manager, managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex problems in simple terms
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate and complete tasks to meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and in team environments
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks and projects with particular attention to quality and timing of completed work products and deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall or similar is desired
• Fluent English
