• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions aligned with current and future business needs

• Define and drive future-state architecture for private cloud and on-premise datacenter environments

• Translate software and application requirements into infrastructure and hardware specifications

• Plan and forecast hardware needs, coordinate large-scale HW purchases, and align them with infrastructure growth strategy

• Assess and recommend hardware configurations based on workload, scalability, and performance requirements

• Design and oversee network architecture and network solutions within datacenter and private cloud environments

• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical stakeholders

• Present, explain, and defend architectural proposals to the customer

• Influence decision-making and gain customer buy-in for proposed technical solutions

• Participate in presales activities when required (technical discussions, workshops, solution shaping)

• Prepare high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design proposals

• Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and security standards are met

• Proven experience as Infrastructure Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

1. Private cloud and datacenter architecture
2. Enterprise networking solutions (routing, switching, segmentation, high availability, network design)
3. Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, similar)
4. Compute and storage infrastructure

• Strong understanding of infrastructure sizing and hardware capacity planning

• Experience coordinating hardware procurement and forecasting infrastructure demand

• Ability to design robust network architectures in enterprise environments

• Experience working in live production environments

• Strong customer-facing experience

• Ability to confidently present, defend, and “sell” architectural ideas to the customer

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
