Job description
This is a position in HR Operational Hub for NATEK Group (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria). Working on this position you will be responsible for support of employees in ticketing tool as well as selected HR process. You will be supporting HR operations for employees primarily hired in Poland, and participate in some projects on group level (support of other counters per need (Slovakia, Czech Republic. Bulgaria) in the area of on-/out-boarding’s, H&S, employment lifecycle support, HR documents, payroll and personal file management purposes. You will assist in HR/Employer Branding initiatives and processes assigned to you individually (benefits, meal financial contribution, digitalisation, optimisation etc.). On this position you will work independently, however with the support of a mentor to build your HR career on local and international level. Reporting line directly to Chief of People and Culture.

Your responsibilities
• Ensuring legal compliance in employment (labour code and related law)
• Preparing necessary HR documentation employees and external suppliers - payroll, benefits providers and others
• Maintaining data in HRM systems and tools (data update, docs upload)
• Support of payroll process (PPK, attendance, absence, bonuses and deductions)
• Support in process of legalisation of work for foreigners Answering employee requests and questions via internal ticketing tool for HR purposes
• Proceeding with employee’s hiring and support outboarding
• Preparing communication for employees, informative notes, working instructions
• Cooperating with managers and other departments on ensuring HR operations are coherent with the company’s strategy and goals, driven by excellent HR service quality
• Participating in local and global HR projects and internal processes adjustments
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Higher degree, ideally from Human Resources, administration or social studies
• At least 3 years of proven HR experience on a similar position in hard or soft HR (an international company is a plus)
• At least 2 year’s experience in administration
• Passionate about HR, willing to learn and broaden the HR knowledge
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor code and related laws (Health&Safety)
• Accuracy, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English to communicate with employees and various stakeholders
